Chairman Radutskyi of the Parliamentary Committee on Public Health from the Verkhovna Rada opened the Summit with a warm welcome. For example, Drs. Andriy and Roman Sobko, and Dmytro Beshley covered tourniquet syndrome in detail, whereas Hailie Uren and Dr. Hudson Berrey spoke about infection prevention and control. In a breakout session, Dr. Vladislav Matrenitsky reviewed PTSD treatment methods, Dr. Brenden Borrowman from Axios VR talked about scaling solutions for mental health, and Dr. Craig Bryan touched on therapies for soldiers experiencing combat stress.
