WHAT WE DO
We like to think of ourselves as the Swiss army knife of Humanitarian focused non-profit organizations. We take pride in our ability to tackle problems that might seem intimidating or even impossible. Let other non-profit groups address the common and the mundane. At August Mission we thrive on the challenge of making the impossible possible.
We have an exceptional ability to make every donation work harder, and we have a track record of turning every dollar donated into more than $10 worth of aid, making your donation go further.
Our ability to get items into the hands of those who need them is unparalleled. The logistical expertise of our team allows us to get aid from donor the the specific people who need it much faster than most other 501(c)(3) organizations. In fact, we often help other organizations get their donated goods in country.
August Mission has built strong working relationships with key political figures in the countries where we operate, particularly in Poland and Ukraine, that enable us to get things done more effectively and efficiently.
Whether it’s finding a way to get a generator to a hospital near the front lines, delivering thousands of quality mattresses and sleeping bags to displaced refugees, distributing infant care supplies to orphanages or getting stuck goods out of Poland and into Ukraine, August Mission excels at making sure the things that are most needed in up in the hands of those that most need than in record time.
